PSA Series - Nitrogen Generators - Pressure Swing Adsorption
    Nitrogen - PSA
Compressed air enters one end of two adsorber tubes filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). While the smaller oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the CMS, the larger nitrogen molecules pass through and are stored. Upon saturation, the first adsorber releases the oxygen, which the second adsorber starts the process over again.

    Economy
Bottled and liquid gases are costly and inconvenient due to production, handling and storage difficulties. Labor intensive products tend to be that way. Escalating costs are never ending. Liabilities, rental charges, transportation expenses, labor costs and bulk user evaporation losses are ever changing and never downward. Having an on site system proves that PSA technology eliminates these problems entirely, giving your organization quick returns on investment and stable year-to-year gas costs. The result of fixing those costs represents money saved. If your company uses as little as two cylinders (244 CF/7M3) per week you can benefit from an on site system.
    Safety
Inherently simple technology has brought outstanding reliability and peace of mind to industrial users worldwide while providing unsurpassed levels of performance. Low operating pressures associated with these systems increase safety and give added security in the workplace environment and serves to eliminate the need for hazardous storage.
    Convenience
Having an on site system eliminates high-cost labor. Systems operate entirely automatically, in direct response to demand in the downstream distribution system. No more worries about downtime created by late deliveries, weather related influences, unexpected empties and loss of expensive cylinders. Elimination of supplier dependence is a key to greater control and efficiency. In fact, multi-level savings are realized as nitrogen gas costs are paid via your electrical bill, thereby eliminating bookkeeping, purchasing, inventory record keeping, contract negotiation and other management involvement altogether. This convenience really saves money at bottom line.
    Purity:
Purities range from 95 % up to 99.999 %. Consult factory with individual purity and flow requirements.
